On 05/09/2024, officers with the Village of Bath Police Department took a report of several domestic incidents that had occurred over the course of approximately one week.
Following an investigation, it was determined that domestic incidents had taken place on 05/02/2024, 05/06/2024 and 05/09/2024. Investigation into each reported incident resulted in the arrest of Keith C. Frailey, age 45, of Bath, for the following charges:
- Assault in the second degree, a Class D Felony
- Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree, a Class A Misdemeanor
- Burglary in the second degree, a Class C Felony – 2 counts
- Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A Misdemeanor – 2 counts
- Stalking the in the fourth degree, a Class B Misdemeanor
Frailey was quickly located and taken into custody. Following processing, Frailey was transported to Steuben County Jail where he remains incarcerated without the opportunity for bail.
