On 3/25/2021 at approximately 6:50pm, the Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of James T. Smith, 32, of Bath, NY, for Disorderly Conduct, a violation.
The Village of Bath Police Department were dispatched to the Kwik Fill on W. Morris St. in the Village of Bath for a report of a suspicious male. Officers made contact with the male, identified as James T. Smith. He was asked to leave the Kwik Fill property and he started to create a scene by using offensive language and causing public alarm. There were multiple citizens going in and out of the store at that time.
James T. Smith was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Bath Village Court at a later date.
