On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, QUINCY TISDALE, age 37, of the Village of Bath, was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Criminal Contempt, a class D felony, Assault in the Third Degree, a Class A misdemeanor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor.
Officers responded to a residence for a physical domestic. The victim reporting an injury as a result of having her arm slammed in a door repeatedly. The domestic incident took place with a child present.
TISDALE fled the scene on foot, was located and taken into custody without incident. TISDALE was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for CAP Court.
