On 3/27/2021 at approximately 2:30pm, the Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of Brittany F. Farnham, 24, of Corning NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Both class A misdemeanors.
While assisting a Steuben County Sheriff Deputy at an apartment complex on West Steuben St. in the Village of Bath, Officers found Brittany Farnham to be in possession of a used hypodermic needle and also a small plastic bag containing methamphetamine.
Farnham was transported back the Bath Police Department to be processed on her charges and she was then released on an appearance ticket. She is due back in Bath Village Court at a later date.
