The Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of Christopher M. Aldrich, age 41, homeless, on 2 Superior Court Warrants alleging 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all class B felonies. The charges stem from the sale of fentanyl on Belfast St. in the Village of Bath in 2020. Mr. Aldrich was processed and taken to the Steuben County Jail where he will be arraigned later by a County Court Judge.
