On 4/12/24, the Village of Bath Police Department arrested Christopher W. Smith (9/9/91), of Bath, NY. Smith was known to have 2 indictment warrants for his arrest. Smith was the suspect in an investigation conducted by Bath PD into the possession and sales of a controlled substance on Chestnut Street in the Village of Bath.
Smith was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree a class B Felony and two counts of Criminal Sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree which are also class B Felonies. Smith was processed and transported to Steuben County Jail for arraignment processing in Steuben County Court at a later date.
