On 4/05/24, the Village of Bath Police Department arrested Grace C. Lanzetta, of Bath, NY. Lanzetta was known to have 2 indictment warrants for her arrest. Lanzetta was the suspect in an investigation conducted by Bath PD into the possession and sales of a controlled substance on West Steuben Street in the Village of Bath.
Lanzetta was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree a class D Felony and two counts of Criminal Sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree which are also class D Felonies. Lanzetta was processed and transported to Steuben County Jail for arraignment processing in Steuben County Court at a later date.
