On 03/04/2024 at about 1357 hrs, officers with the Village of Bath Police Department located and arrested Jordan C. Jones, age 26, of Bath. Jones was arrested on a Superior Court Arrest Warrant for the charges of Arson in the second degree, a class B Felony, Criminal Mischief in the second degree, a class D Felony, and Reckless Endangerment in the first degree, a class D Felony.
The Superior Court Warrant is the result of an investigation regarding a structure fire that occurred at 3 East William Street in the Village of Bath on 06/09/2023.
