On 3/21/2021 at approximately 12:36am, the Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of Keith C. Graves, 61, of Buell Street in the Village of Bath. Keith C. Graves was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, a class D Felony and he was also issued multiple traffic citations.
This arrest stems from a traffic stop initiated on Buell Street in the Village of Bath. During the investigation, Bath Village Police recovered a quantity of Crack/Cocaine that Keith Graves possessed. Also recovered was cash, and drug paraphernalia.
Keith Graves was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail. Graves was due to be arraigned on his current charges in the morning of 3/21/21. Graves is currently on probation for dangerous drugs.
