Arrest of Roland M Duell

The Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrest of Roland M Duell on 04/27/2024 of Corning NY. Duell was pulled over for a minor traffic violation leaving Colonial Lawns. During the course of the traffic stop a large amount of narcotics was discovered along with over 19 grams of Methamphetamine. Duell was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree a class B felony, along with Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd degree a class A misdemeanor. Duel was then transported to the Steuben County Jail where he was released at CAP court. This was the third time Duell was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3^rd degree in the last 6 months
