The Village of Bath Police Department reports the arrests of Thomas C. Duane, age 33, and Heather Duane, age 32, of 12 W. Washington, upstairs front apartment, Bath, NY. The arrests stems from a narcotics investigation into the sale of crystal methamphetamine from the residence. A no knock search warrant was executed by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office Critical Incident Response Team and assisted by the Livingston County Critical Incident Response Team. A large sum of methamphetamine, suspected fentanyl, and cash was seized.
