Officers were dispatched to a report of an unknown male who had been crushed by a wall. Initial Officers on scene determined that the male was deceased upon arrival. The male was later identified as Gerald C. Cleveland of Bath, NY. The Village of Bath Police Department conducted an investigation into the above listed incident.
