PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the forthcoming Village Election for the Village of Bath will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. The following offices will be filled:
Mayor – One (one) position, Two (2) year term
Trustee – Two (2) positions, Four (4) year term
Newly elected or re-elected Village Officials will be sworn into office on April 6, 2026.
Prospective candidates for the above offices must be 18 years of age or older, and must have been a resident of the village for at least 30 days prior to the election. Questions regarding absentee ballots or any other village election matters will be answered by calling the Village Clerk/Treasurer at (607) 776-3811, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
