Mr. Duane was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class B felony. Mrs. Duane was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class A misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a class D felony. Both Mr. and Mrs. Duane are multiple convicted felons and were sent to the Steuben County Jail to be arraigned at CAP court. More charges are expected on Mr. Duane pending grand jury presentation.
